Easy isn’t it? Of course, you don’t have to burn 3500 calories in one go, that would be insane! You can cut about 200 calories a day and lose one pound of fat in 17.5 days. It might seem a little long but 200 calories really isn’t all that much. To compare, 200 calories is approximately 22 french fries or 2 bananas. So cut back on those snacks and you’ll be well on your way to shedding those pounds the easy and effective way.
