We all want to make ourselves better and more healthy. So get a head start on your New Year’s resolutions. Start working out and getting fit before the massive crowd arrives. This way you’ll be leaps and bounds ahead of those around you.
1.) Set Goals That You Can Achieve
The goals that we make for New Years Resolutions usually aren’t realistically achievable. Most of these resolutions that you are making are in the moment while you’re having fun, pressured by those around you. Set the goals for you because you’re going to be the one keeping the goals. Also be sure to be specific because a general goal just makes it harder for yourself. Say: “I want to lose 15 pounds” instead of “I want to lose weight”. You might take the easy way out and lose three pounds and tell yourself you achieved your goal.
